Genuinely professional staff, top setting. The staff did all they can for the best stay.

Disappointing aspect was very old bathroom, and the breakfast was expensive, unfortunately.

We had amazing stay and would stay here again, appreciated it. The staff were brilliant, and the room was non-smoking with the balcony, stellar bathroom plus a great view. Warm reception.

Morning meal food was sensational. It is so close to the airport. Located within a walk to Lake Lucerne, which is about 900 metres away. We would have extended the stay when visiting Lucerne: D
